Our expectations:

The Customer Satisfaction Transformation Intern is responsible for supporting the transformation objectives of the frontline customer service organization.

In addition, the mandate will also include the creation of a CSAT Partner role;

  • This role should be established within each engine program and other aftermarket organizations to create a close partnership with specific individuals to deliver the customer satisfaction initiatives provided by the Senior Customer Satisfaction Manager.

What your daily work will look like:

  • Collaborate with other departments to support change management activities related to frontline processes and procedures.
  • Building Presentations and Dashboards
  • Foster close collaboration with teams around the world
  • Working on multiple projects at once

What you need to succeed:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university for the entire duration of your internship.

Work environment

What is my role type: On-site (8am to 5pm)

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, however it requires a functional knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with international clients, suppliers or colleagues.
