Your role

Internship expectations and daily responsibilities:

The Global Frontline Transformation intern is responsible for supporting the transformation initiatives for the customer service frontline organization. Moreover, the mandate will also include projects within the Customer Care scope such as Customer Experience training, internal initiatives with collaborating departments and others. The position begins on September 3rd and ends on December 20th.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Collaborate with other departments to support Change management activities related to Frontline Processes and procedures
  • Build presentations and dashboards
  • Foster close collaboration with teams across the globe
  • Work on several projects at once

Training & development

During the internship, gain experience in supporting transformation initiatives and change management activities for customer service frontline processes. Develop skills in collaboration, presentation building, and fostering global teamwork.
