Your role

Internship expectations and daily responsibilities:

The PLM Business Process Analyst is responsible for providing support to ENOVIA users. He has a good understanding of business processes, as well as the tools, to offer a good service. He is presented with numerous challenges and simulations while developing project management competencies as well as decision-making and communicating at various levels.

What your day-to-day will look like:

The PLM team just updated the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software version that was implemented in 2016 for more than 8000 users around the world and is currently in the process of deploying improvements and new functionalities. Under the supervision of the “PLM Transformation and Governance” team, the intern will participate to:

  • Understand the 2020x version functionalities;
  • Capture the new Business requirements and follow the SDLC process to propose technical solutions;
  • Document and execute the test plan / Identify testing issues and participate in the troubleshooting;
  • Write and present training, and learning material / Prepare communication material to be published on the intranet, in TEAMS or by email;
  • Offer support to PLM users at any moment.

Training & development

You will gain hands-on experience in understanding and implementing the latest PLM software functionalities. Develop skills in capturing business requirements, proposing technical solutions, and providing support to users, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of PLM transformation and governance processes.

About you

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Operations Management.
  • Spoken and written in French and English. A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the  [candidate] will interact.
  • Must be resourceful, taking initiative and a team player.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
  • Experience with customer support, troubleshooting and communication back to customers.

Assets:

  • Microsoft Suite (or similar software).
  • Experience with ENOVIA (not essential, but a great asset).
