We believe in the power of strategic alliances to drive mutual success and create positive impacts. As we continue to expand our partnerships, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Coordinator Intern to join our Partnership Team.

The Partnership Portfolio Coordinator will be closely involved in monitoring the performance and health of partnerships aimed at accelerating P&WC aftermarket digital transformation.

What your day to day will look like:

Supporting Partnership Operations:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Digital Partnerships Team.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Portfolio Structuring:

  • Organize and maintain a structured portfolio of current and potential partners.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date partner information.

Health Tracking:

  • Develop and implement tools to track the health and performance of our partnerships.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into partnership success.

Tool Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tools and resources that support partnership initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing tools for efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of partnership strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Documentation and Process Improvement:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of partnership activities and agreements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of streamlined procedures.

Communication and Relationship Building:

  • Assist in crafting communication materials for partners.
  • Foster positive relationships with partners by ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university or college throughout your internship;
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Management, Business Analytic,
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written).
  • English is an asse Business Technology Management, or any other related field)
  • Experience with a visualisation tool and/ or data management will be considered as a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

Work Environment

Onsite (5 days)

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
