Your Role

This internship program will run for 4 months from September 3, 2024 to December 20, 2024 and is carried out in a hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days per week on site.

This Expectations:

This role is responsible for following up and executing projects within the Customer Service Representative team in Spare Parts Services. You will also assume responsibility for on-going transformation projects, helping ensure the milestones are accomplished in time to respect the calendar set by the management team. You will contribute daily to the team by putting together working sessions, strategic meetings, searching for resources, facilitating processes, and identifying new evolution opportunities by making good use of your knowledge in multiple functional areas.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Follow-up on different on-going transformation projects.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement process by contributing to the initiatives (control tower tracking key performance indicators, training, process inefficiencies analysis, process mapping, etc.).
  • Identify the next transformation and innovation opportunities.

About You

Must Haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Communication.
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English (spoken/written).

  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
  • Project management skills.
