Supply Chain Analyst Intern null

Your role

Pratt & Whitney expectations :

• The Analyst would be responsible for the following activities, to support Dept. 5464: Communicate, follow up and clarify with the P&W vendor for submission of P&W Form 11651;
• Receive submission/resubmission of P&W Form 11651 from P&W supplier;
• Validate submission of P&W Form 11651 using predetermined criteria;
• Assist in the approval of validated and acceptable P&W Form 11651 submission;
• Provide the supplier with the P&W approved Form 11651;
• Maintain tracking, key performance indicators (if applicable), and archive files;
• Report on project progress;
• Make improvements to the overall process, where appropriate;
• Any other activity deemed necessary by the supervisor and/or the manager.
• Hybrid- 2 to 3 days onsite, with the balance working from home.
• Specific days to be communicated & managed by Team Leader David Markel.  
• Working hours between 8:00 & 17:00 Remote only if hired outside the province of Quebec. Working hours between 8:00 & 17:00

Must haves:

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset.
