What's your background?
I was born and raised in Parang, Concepcion Tarlac. My parents are farmers in Hacienda Luisita, Tarlac. I am an academic achiever. At the age of 18, after graduating as valedictorian in my short vocational course, I started working in a manufacturing company where my shift starts at 6AM and ends at 6PM (vice versa). After working in a factory for 3 years, I decided to change my career path and try the call center industry where I honed my skills in back office operations and customer experience delivery for about 2 years.

What are the limitations of your job?
