Our Supply Graduate Program in the Hygiene side of the business is a 2-3 year program designed to provide our Graduates the opportunity to learn and develop their skills within Supply.
As a Supply Graduate at Reckitt you’ll get real responsibility from day one and have the opportunity work on exciting projects with both internal and external stakeholders and to make your mark on our supply chain.
Our Graduate Program offers:

Essential Requirements
- You must have graduated in the last 3 years, i.e. 2021, 2020 or 2019
- Completion of a degree program with a minimum of credit average
- Citizenship or Permanent Residency in Australia or New Zealand

As an Assistant Brand Manager at RB, you get a lot of exposure to the wider-business as you are the project manager for NPDs, EPDs, sourcing changes, artwork changes. You manage the brand's marketing spend/budget each month and also analyse how NPDs/TVCs/marketing strategies are performing. You also get to work on creative marketing campaigns i.e. TVCs, print media, social media.
Varies and primarily at my discretion. My business is driven by me and the decisions I make on how I want to grow and excel.
I feel that I have real responsibility for my brand and have a supportive team who are always there to help.

Steep learning curve initially.
The hours - the nature of the business means that you are working relatively long hours, but the office is a fun place to be so time doesn't drag.
Being in control means there's no one else to blame when things go wrong.
The speed at which we work - exceptionally fast-paced.
Workload can be slightly overwhelming and the processes can definitely be a bit more streamlined.
