Join REMONDIS as a Human Resources Assistant in Mascot, NSW, supporting Talent Acquisition and HR activities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and record management.
  • Assisting with coordinating candidates and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
  • Assisting Human Resources with administrative activities and coordinating HR initiatives.
  • Proactively following up with candidates and hiring managers regarding the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining People and Culture databases and systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing data to payroll.
  • Reviewing and providing guidance on improving recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Being the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding, and induction support.
  • Responding to requests and questions from candidates and stakeholders.
  • Running reports related to recruitment, HR initiatives, and other metrics.
  • Assisting with developing org charts and other HR activities as directed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed or be completing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • A desire to commence a career in Human Resources, focusing on Talent Acquisition.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and find solutions.
  • Proactivity, accountability, and resilience in achieving outcomes.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and experience with multiple online systems.
  • The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities with a clear sense of urgency.
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
