What you will do?

Module 1: Data Visualisation (1 - 1.5 hours)

Use a data visualisation tool to analyse firewall request data and clearly visualise any trends

Module 2: Agile User Stories(45 minutes - 1.5 hours)

Create agile user stories for the different stakeholders involved in the firewall request process

Module 3: Business Requirements Document (30 minutes - 1 hour)

Create an abridged Business Requirements Document, that includes a prioritised list of high level functional and non-functional business requirements. 

Module 4: Process Modelling (30 minutes - 1 hour)

Draft a simple process model that outlines the ‘to-be’ Firewall Request Process
