The Graduate Trainee Program:

Our client believes that fundamental knowledge of their products and processes is essential to be successful within the organization. To this end they have developed a challenging and distinguished traineeship program. Throughout the last two decades the global program has produced many talented professionals who hold senior management positions of the company or have become highly respected product specialists.

The Graduate

• We are currently actively seeking graduates who are seeking a challenge in the agri-food/pharmaceutical sector and possess the following attributes:
• Hands on approach to learning
• Guts and determination to find continuous improvement
• Passion and interest in the agri-food sector
• A positive and confident attitude
• Understanding of the meat production industry would be advantageous
• Any degree type will be considered but those related to animal production, food science, veterinary science, economics, supply chain, commerce, mechanical or process engineering would be of particular interest.
