As a Data Analytics Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver the complete lifecycle of data analytics projects, using analytical and visualisation tools to analyse client data to help solve problems and identify opportunities, and much more! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Delivery of business insights through data visualisation and analytics 
• Use of data analysis to drive business efficiencies 
• Ensure data captured is accurate, clean, and reliable 
• Development of data governance and data strategy 
• Assist with proposals, compile documentation, build dashboards, and contribute to various tasks 
• Perform data wrangling, manipulate datasets, handle complex data tasks, and engage in data modelling 
• Develop AI solutions and explore ways to integrate them into our processes, while identifying opportunities for client engagement 
• Generate clear and actionable files that are easily understood by other department departments  

 About You: 

• You are currently studying towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or other Quant Fields, or Business Analytics 
• Integrity is one of your core values, and you hold yourself and those you work with to a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect 
• You are able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues 
• You are a self-starter and a team player, and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table 
• You are a problem solver by nature and able to pick up key concepts and information on the fly 
• You are proactive, able to tackle problems head-on, and take ownership of finding solutions 
• You are able to handle working on large and small projects concurrently, juggling priorities as they come up 
• You have great time management skills to effectively handle working from home and in the office 
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate challenging situations with resilience and composure. 
• You are able to bridge the gap between technical concepts and more complex, in-depth matters 
• You possess a can-do attitude, exceptional resilience, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
