Join RSM UK as a Tax Graduate Apprentice, tackling diverse tax challenges and making a real impact in the middle market.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Collaborate with Team Tax to apply UK and international tax laws for client solutions.
• Engage directly with clients to optimize tax strategies and navigate reporting requirements.
• Work across various tax areas, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
• Mentor junior team members as responsibilities grow.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• A team-oriented mindset and curiosity about business operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with numbers and an analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.
