Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst - Internship (Jun 2025)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Work within the Mergers and Acquisitions team, contributing to over 1,000 deals in the past five years.
• Assist in advising shareholders and management teams on selling businesses, raising funds, or executing buy-outs.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare pitches, conduct sector research, and analyze financial performance.
• Collaborate with dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• A natural curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a digital mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
