Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Support safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Record orders for product delivery or service performance.
- Perform administrative functions for Intercompany Order Management and Sales Orders.
- Initiate and invoice intercompany transactions.
- Support customer service functions and sales order entries.
- Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up as necessary.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding order status and modifications.
- Interact with Production, Buyer, and Planner for customer order follow-up.
- Help coordinate logistics.
- Use OneManagement System principles to drive continuous improvement.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Possess good Microsoft Office and PowerBI skills.
- Demonstrate time-keeping, organizational, and communication skills.
- Show initiative.
