Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and editing media projects for internal and external audiences.
- Liaising with internal experts and contractors to develop content such as articles, blogs, podcasts, web content, and videos.
- Curating and adapting editorial content for various platforms.
- Creating social content.
- Researching and developing communication strategies.
- Participating in high-visibility projects under experienced personnel guidance.
- Presenting a professional attitude while balancing multiple stakeholders ' requirements.
- Building professional relationships globally.
- Acquiring basic knowledge of the energy industry.
- Creating reports and analytics.
About you
The ideal candidate will be:
- Studying an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related course, expecting at least a 2:1 grade.
- Possessing good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Open-minded, curious, and interested in organizational culture change.
- Humble yet confident to recognize and call out bias.
- Interested in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Upbeat, creative, and able to independently lead projects and prioritize work effectively.
