Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and editing media projects for internal and external audiences.  
  • Liaising with internal experts and contractors to develop content such as articles, blogs, podcasts, web content, and videos.  
  • Curating and adapting editorial content for various platforms.  
  • Creating social content.  
  • Researching and developing communication strategies.  
  • Participating in high-visibility projects under experienced personnel guidance.  
  • Presenting a professional attitude while balancing multiple stakeholders ' requirements.  
  • Building professional relationships globally.  
  • Acquiring basic knowledge of the energy industry.  
  • Creating reports and analytics.

About you

The ideal candidate will be:  

  • Studying an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related course, expecting at least a 2:1 grade.  
  • Possessing good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.  
  • Open-minded, curious, and interested in organizational culture change.  
  • Humble yet confident to recognize and call out bias.
  • Interested in working with people from diverse backgrounds.  
  • Upbeat, creative, and able to independently lead projects and prioritize work effectively.
