Continuous Improvement (Student) Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Act as the main liaison between internal teams and external suppliers for supply chain coordination.
• Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with necessary documents and records.
• Oversee calibration and traceability of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE).
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Compile data packages for external customers, ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Assist with COSHH assessments and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) tracking.
• Monitor lithium battery inventory records.
• Manage Returnable Asset Numbers (RAN) tracking.
• Support the surface team in managing field Material Requests.

About You 

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a dynamic and diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills.
