Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop technical and supervisory abilities for business line services and products
• Achieve high standards in functional and technical skills
• Plan, prepare, and execute jobs to design and client specifications
• Oversee field operations, including engineering deployment, maintenance, job planning, and reporting
• Supervise a crew and/or processes within a year
• Prepare wellsite reports and post-job debriefings

About you

Candidates should possess:

• Two-year technical degree (associate degree) or military experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think methodically and work under pressure without supervision
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Quick learning ability and logical problem-solving skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Evidence of leadership and teamwork skills
