H2R Process - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Document HR processes and workflows.
• Create and update process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide input for process improvement and optimization.
• Support the implementation of best practices.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the H2R Value Stream team and report to the H2R Global Process Owner.

About You 

Ideal candidates possess:

• Data analysis skills with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of HR metrics such as employee turnover rates and time to hire.
• Technical proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel, especially pivot tables.
• Experience with Visio for process mapping and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Valid right-to-work status in the UK for the internship duration.
