Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborates with HR teams within SHTC and globally.
- Supports recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding.
- Engages in employee relations, rewards, and DEI initiatives.
- Assists in managing annual global and local HR initiatives.
- Learns from senior HR team members and shares insights.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
