Your role
Job responsibilities:
The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Hire-to-retire (H2R) value stream team with documentation and formulation of global HR Processes.
Additionally, to support hands-on HR and process management within a collaborative environment.
The position reports to the H2R Global Process Owner.
Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

About you
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or Science, or a related field.
Having completed coursework in HR management, Business processes, Lean Six Sigma or project management is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to work with data, using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or more advanced data analysis software like Tableau or Power BI.
Basic Understanding of HR Metrics: Knowledge of key HR metrics such as employee turnover rates, time to hire, and employee engagement scores.
Technical Proficiency: Using process mapping tools to accurately document workflows. This includes but is not limited to flow charts, swim lane diagrams, and models.
Basic skills in project management tools and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Soft Skills:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting findings.
Analytical acumen and thinking: Ability to record and analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling data, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with diverse teams and build relationships across departments.
