Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the HSE Team with training and communication processes.
- Assist in maintaining the HSE Training Plan and communications programs.
- Maintain personnel HSE training records and support employees in system interactions.
- Develop HSE communications materials, including safety meetings and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the SHTC SET team and cross-functional units like HR for onboarding.
- Promote adherence to HSE standards and procedures.
- Support compliance with Health & Safety requirements through training and reporting.
- Handle HSE administrative tasks within the Centre.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Fluency in English and strong IT skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- (Ideally) Basic knowledge of photo and video editing.
- (Ideally) Basic skills in creating engaging communications like posters.
