Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Implement sourcing plans to manage project portfolios effectively.
- Provide procurement support, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet critical timelines.
- Define parameters for Purchase Order releases.
- Assess and recommend new suppliers.
- Drive initiatives to meet departmental objectives.
- Conduct RFI/Q/P processes and negotiate with suppliers.
- Ensure accurate system definitions in SAP.
- Evaluate suppliers and lead onboarding processes.
- Execute contract negotiations and develop agreements.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Economics.
- A drive for process and quality improvement.
- Experience with data management and control principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
