Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

  • Support the recruiting function by assisting with the entire recruitment process.  
  • Organize and participate in assessment days and career fairs to attract new talent.  
  • Coordinate internal recruitment activities and onboarding of new candidates, including document collection, medical, and visa support.  
  • Communicate with learning centers and the HSE Team to register new employees for training.  
  • Assist with the intake of new interns, 3rd-year placements, and Field Summer Internships.  
  • Process candidate expenses and submit requests for purchase orders.  
  • Maintain relationships with universities and schools across Europe.  

About You 

Ideal candidates will:  

  • Be in the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources.  
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.  
  • Be legally able to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
