Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Supports the recruiting function, assisting with the entire recruitment process.
  • Involved in organizing assessment days.
  • Attends career fairs and events to attract new talent.
  • Organizes internal recruitment activities.
  • Requests packages for new hire candidates.
  • Coordinates onboarding of new candidates, assisting with document collection, medical, and visa support.
  • Communicate with learning centers and the HSE Team to register new employees for training.
  • Supports the intake of new interns, 3rd year placements, and Field Summer Internships.
  • Processes candidate expenses.
  • Submits requests for purchase orders.
  • Maintains relationships with universities and schools across Europe.

About You 

The ideal candidate is:

  • In the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Legally able to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction.
