Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Supports the recruiting function, assisting with the entire recruitment process.
- Involved in organizing assessment days.
- Attends career fairs and events to attract new talent.
- Organizes internal recruitment activities.
- Requests packages for new hire candidates.
- Coordinates onboarding of new candidates, assisting with document collection, medical, and visa support.
- Communicate with learning centers and the HSE Team to register new employees for training.
- Supports the intake of new interns, 3rd year placements, and Field Summer Internships.
- Processes candidate expenses.
- Submits requests for purchase orders.
- Maintains relationships with universities and schools across Europe.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- In the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Legally able to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction.
