Plan and schedule activities across TLM workshops, ensuring master planning for all products.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan a portfolio of products for TLM sites, ensuring load balancing and resource availability.
- Work closely with tendering and life of field teams to meet customer commitments and contract dates.
- Monthly update and review the schedule and workload, analyze deviations, and propose recovery plans.
- Maintain and monitor capacity at the plant and workshop level with TLM managers.
- Forecast workload and capacity at TLM sites (master plan).
- Prepare workshop schedules and workload & capacity charts for tendering.
- Support transition to the new ERP SAP system.
- Establish a capacity requirements plan for new projects based on probability.
- Engage with the global TLM network to standardize and align processes.
- Perform other activities as part of TLM scheduling team responsibility.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Obtained or in the process of obtaining a relevant BSc qualification in Project Management, Business and Management, or similar.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Understanding of and application of CI tools.
- Structured and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- P6/Microsoft Project skills preferred but not essential.
