Your role
Job Summary:
- As an intern, you will be responsible for breaking down existing processes to make data more accessible, enabling functional teams to evaluate and optimize their performance.
- You will define project goals and validate requirements using various techniques to identify inefficiencies, propose improvement opportunities, and conduct risk assessments throughout the solution's life cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying the root causes of functional inefficiencies and implementing actions to reduce wasted time, money, and resources.
- Creating prototypes, developing user-centric applications, advising on technical specifications, and researching new techniques.
- Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop.
- Providing technical solutions using Process Automation Tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Leading multiple cross-functional and cross-department process improvement projects and initiatives throughout the project life cycle.
- Supporting Supply Chain Managers in defining and identifying local key metrics and performance targets.
- Maintaining existing solutions, managing changes, and keeping documentation of the platforms in production.
About you
Qualifications:
- Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Power BI, Process Automation Tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in conducting risk assessments and implementing actions to optimize performance.
- Project Management: Capable of leading cross-functional and cross-department process improvement projects.
- Communication: Strong ability to define project goals, validate requirements, and support Supply Chain Managers in identifying key metrics and performance targets.
- Adaptability: Maintain existing solutions, manage changes, and document platforms in production.
