Senex is looking for a motivated Commercial and Corporate Development Graduate to join the Commercial Operations team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounting/Commerce/ Finance/ or Economics Graduate to kick start their career in the natural gas industry and help Senex deliver essential energy for life.   

Your Team

As a Graduate – Commercial & Corporate Development you will join the Commercial Operations team. 
 
The Commercial Operations Team at Senex is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of Senex’s gas production into the East Coast Gas Market. Working closely with the customers to ensure they receive gas for their commercial requirements, the team also works to optimise Senex’s remaining portfolio by making informed trading decisions through various routes to market.

About you

Senex Energy is looking for Graduates who:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in either Accounting/Commerce/ Finance/ or Economics (a double degree which includes Business or Commerce would be highly regarded)
• Have a keen interest and passion for the resources industry and a desire to work in a dynamic high-performance environment. 
• Are passionate about sustainability and the role natural gas will play in the energy transformation to net zero by 2050. 
• Outcome-driven and self-motivated with independent problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and digital skills
• Always searching for their next challenge or responsibility.
