Support Partner with administrative and communication tasks, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating daily/weekly/monthly appointments and travel for the Partner.
  • Preparing logistic requirements for Partner's meetings (in-house, on-site, and teleconference).
  • Coordinating with HR and/or Travel Management for Partner's travel logistics.
  • Answering, screening, and placing phone calls.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing Partner's letters and documents.
  • Drafting correspondences as required by Partner.
  • Reviewing, proofreading, and editing documents for Partner's signature.
  • Maintaining client-related files and updating client mailing database.
  • Preparing Partner's weekly time report and expense liquidation report.
  • Preparing the time report of cluster members who are out of the office.
  • Monitoring and requesting office supplies needed by the cluster.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ease in operating all necessary office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Professionalism in handling telephone calls and emails.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good team-building skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Flexibility on work arrangement.
  • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
