Graduate program moves into SATP program. From there I could become a senior engineer or lead engineer. Above the lead engineer, position becomes more management based.

There are many job opportunities within the company, with teams actively working to fill roles internally. Only being one year in, I cannot comment on the availability of progression opportunities.

Still too early to tell. Only been here for 1.5 years. Have seen both ways from people I know. Some moved up rather fast, some take forever. I think it boils down to being at the right place at the right time.
