Your role

• Build and manage relationships with users to achieve overall business objectives.
• Ensure user's and partners’ service levels are up to standard.
• Assist with in-team projects to improve processes and execute new initiatives that will add value to Shopee Xpress (SPX).
• Assist in monitoring targets, analyzing industry trends and reviewing key metrics.
• Maintain and update information and settings within the system.
• Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users’ requirements.

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and SQL is an advantage.
• Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner.  
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
