Your role
The Marketing teams conceptualize and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships, and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach the users. The local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localize and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns for at least one category (e.g. Electronics, Health & Beauty, Fashion, Home & Living).
Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal key account managers, business intelligence, and other marketing functions (e.g. social media, partnerships, PR, online marketing, offline marketing, graphic designers) for campaign creation and optimization.
Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations that enhance campaign performance.
Keep abreast of trends in social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns.
Depending on capacity and capability, opportunity to support planning and execution of Big Campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11), seasonal festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas), and other major cross-category campaigns.

About you
Shopee looks for the following requirements in you:
Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related field.
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure.
Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects.
An analytical and structured thinker, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data.
Strong communication and writing skills. Good command of English.
Prior internships in marketing, e-commerce platforms, and creative agencies will be a bonus.
Full-time interns will be preferred (August to December)
Part-time interns able to commit a minimum of 3 days per week are also welcome to apply.
