The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with stakeholders from other teams (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Ops, Logs, Seller Engagement) to run Commercial Program campaigns and initiative roll-outs.
- Assist in day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations to drive program outcomes such as the monthly refresh of seller incentive program hitlist, benefits dispensation, and tracking and analyzing program outcomes.
- Assist in competitor tracking and analysis.
- Manage seller communications through the development and execution of program communication materials including internal and external program information decks, training guides, and FAQs.
- Assist in seller engagement initiatives such as webinars to drive program awareness and adoption.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any related industry.
- Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude.
- Works well in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships.
- Full-time interns preferred (3 - 6 months).
