Your role

Shopee is currently hiring interns with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition. Key roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and interest in the position.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
• Try to ensure a good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates during the hiring process.

Training and development

Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding, and full-cycle recruitment. Shopee's comprehensive learning initiatives include General, Functional, and Leadership Training to cater to different groups of employees. The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from approximately SGD 14,000 to SGD 15,000, which includes base salary and additional pay. Eligibility for reward programs and benefits varies based on your job status, work location, and/or career experience.

About you

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies both oral and written, in a culturally diverse environment.
• Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable.
