Job Description:

• Support the retail finance business development team to drive product strategies.
• Design and develop digital retail finance product initiatives based on existing e-commerce marketplace across the different local markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer trends, product structures, pricing, and macro strategies.
• Assist in handling Profit & Loss (P&L) and customers to increase conversion rates and product usage.
• Identify new opportunities for new and existing product features and functionalities, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. 
• Support and suggest improvements for product strategies to drive continuous business growth.
• Strategize portfolio segmentation and optimize portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in consulting, analytics, banking, and finance is preferred, but not required.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great researcher with a builder mindset, able to dive deep into topics or markets with strong problem-solving skills, and adopting a structured approach to solving problems.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Southeast Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across our local offices.
• Proficient in Excel, proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Full-time interns preferred (3 - 6 months).
