Your role

The Operation Teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the moment the buyer receives the products. The Operations Team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

As a Strategic Planning Intern, your key responsibilities may include:

• Analyze e-commerce supply chain processes, uncovering opportunities to establish sustainable competitive advantages.
• Support business initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of benefits and trade-offs to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Problem-solve issues as they arise and iterate solutions to resolve challenges.

About you

To apply for this internship, you should meet the following requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accountancy, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Positive team player with an energetic attitude.
• Work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Full-time interns between 3 to 6 months preferred.
