Your Role

The People team plays a crucial organizational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as their business expands, so does the need to develop and support their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience and interest in the position.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
• Try to ensure good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates along the hiring process.

About You

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture.
• Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment.
• Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable.
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
• Full-time/part time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer).
