Your role

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and interest in the position.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
• Try to ensure a good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates during the hiring process.

You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding, and full-cycle recruitment.

About you

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment.
• Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable.

• Full-time interns are preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply.
