Your role

The People team plays a crucial organizational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates across various local offices, and reach out to the candidates through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and campus outreach channels. 
• Plan and organize engagement events, such as information sessions, networking events, and webinars to attract potential candidates to apply  
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers & tracking the application flow 
• Involvement in enhancing the candidate experience through various touch-points such as being a candidate experience manager with dedicated support for the candidates.

Training & development

Through this internship, you will play an active role in coordinating the recruitment process. You will learn about various steps involved in the recruitment process and the tools to facilitate the same with guidance from the Shopee team.

About you

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time
• Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic work environment
• Possesses a can-do spirit
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Experience in campus recruitment in previous internships.
