Your role

About the team:

The cross-border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers market their products across 7 markets and provides enabling services such as cross-border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment, and business intelligence. 

Job description:

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve regional warehouse billing to sellers’  standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lead related internal process improvement projects
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to improve the overall financial performance of Cross Border warehouses in each market
• Collaborate with the regional operations team and local warehouse team to drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on industry standard of fulfillment fees/services
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured, and methodical problem solver
• Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organizational and time management skills
• Keen interest in e-commerce with an interest in numbers
