Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and IT Business Partners to support IT projects.
• Coordinate event schedules and maintain documentation on MS Teams Channels.
• Assist with facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Manage the IT Intranet Page and oversee training materials.
• Create documentation for specific processes and presentations.
• Work closely with external parties to manage invoicing.

About you

• The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to IT, Business, Project Management, or an MBA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS 365 is required for success in this role.
