Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney
Department: Transmission
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term - 6 months / 5 or 4 days per week

Your profile

• In your second last year of a commerce/accounting degree.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting Commercial project managers with day-to-day work.
• Raising purchase orders and the processing of invoice payments.
• Involvement in accounting for both small and large Transmission Projects/Products.
• Preparing project commercial documentation using Microsoft 365 suite of products and SAP.
• Track orders for projects and update stakeholders.
• Preparing and running financial reports.
• Raising journal vouchers.
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
