Your role

Sales Support is responsible for the definition of sales support on quotation preparation provided to all SI EP customers in Malaysia and Singapore. You are also responsible for liaising the internal communication with Siemens' Global Shared Services Team for the status of orders and deliveries. You also handle the product warranty claim that the customer submitted to SI EP for product warranty issues and liaise with the customer, technical team, and GBS team.

What are your responsibilities?

• Coordinate with the Pricing Manager for day-to-day quotation activities to ensure timely response to sales
• Competent in the preparation of quotations for customers
• Attend and handle customer‘s inquiries and complaints
• Liaise with clients and the GBS team for the delivery of products as required by the client
• Coordinate and work together with Sales/ Account Managers for the preparation of quotations to clients.
• Handle the product warranty claim information provided by the Sales / Account Managers and liaise with the Technical team and GBS team for the product replacement ordering
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned including support of commercial and operational functions, subject to completion of core functions.

• At least SPM/ STPM/ A Levels or Fresh Graduates
