Our office is located in North Strathfield, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The team here is a group of skilled, open, and dynamic individuals who work cross-team to solve complicated problems and challenges in this industry's disruptive business. We all work extremely hard to ensure our customers have a great experience but we also make sure that we enjoy working here together by organizing lunches and events for the team to enjoy and celebrate our successes!

About You

You’re looking for a sense of purpose, confidence & connection, and you want to reignite your social networks and develop new skills.

If you have little or no experience in Real Estate, we will teach you everything you need to know from the ground up. Our systems are easy to learn and implement, plus you’ll be mentored every step of the way by those who understand you. We have a proven track record of taking new recruits and helping them all the way into senior roles.

For the more experienced candidates, we can show you how to improve your sales conversions, expand your understanding of the projects and developments industry and manage a team of professional agents just like you.

You will actively manage calling activities to ensure same day service, complete call and quality monitoring, and ensure all regulatory requirements are observed.
