Join St Trinity's marketing team as a Content and Social Media Intern, focusing on digital media, storytelling, and brand communication.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing engaging and original content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Support the management of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
  • Help develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance and engagement.
  • Interact with the online community and foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Participate in online conversations to build brand presence and customer loyalty.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Help organize and promote events, webinars, and other marketing activities.

About you

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Must be able to do their internship on-site.
