Your role

During your internship, you will:

  • Assist the HR Team with the talent pipeline and employee lifecycle
  • Assist with the employee exit process and related surveys/meetings
  • Participate in meetings with the HR Team and hiring managers regarding staff human resources needs as and when required
  • Organise candidate assessment reports 
  • Coordinate candidate virtual/onsite interviews
  • Assist with candidate communication through the applicant tracking system
  • Follow up with the relevant teams on candidate feedback
  • Manage posting of job advertisements to various websites and job boards 
  • Send out feedback surveys and report on responses for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience
  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs

About you

The perfect candidate for this role should:

  • Have completed or are currently studying for a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • Have a passion for delivering and enhancing employee experience.
  • Have a willingness to learn HR best practices and continuously develop.
  • Have an effective organisational skill including planning and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Have demonstrated and proven high attention to detail.
