Your role
During your internship, you will:
- Assist the HR Team with the talent pipeline and employee lifecycle
- Assist with the employee exit process and related surveys/meetings
- Participate in meetings with the HR Team and hiring managers regarding staff human resources needs as and when required
- Organise candidate assessment reports
- Coordinate candidate virtual/onsite interviews
- Assist with candidate communication through the applicant tracking system
- Follow up with the relevant teams on candidate feedback
- Manage posting of job advertisements to various websites and job boards
- Send out feedback surveys and report on responses for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs

About you
The perfect candidate for this role should:
- Have completed or are currently studying for a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Have a passion for delivering and enhancing employee experience.
- Have a willingness to learn HR best practices and continuously develop.
- Have an effective organisational skill including planning and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Have demonstrated and proven high attention to detail.
