Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Handle real-time voice calls and chats addressing technical queries.
- Engage in sales, upselling, and cross-selling in an international context.
- Work within a team to support sales operations in a dynamic environment.
- Operate predominantly in night shifts with a 5-day work week.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in international voice processes, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.
- A background in sales, particularly in upselling and cross-selling.
- Educational qualifications of +2, any degree, or a 3-year diploma.
