Your Role

• Handling real-time voice calls and chats with technical queries
• Engaging in sales, upselling, and cross-selling in an international voice process
• Collaborating with teams to deliver excellent customer service

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Immediate availability to join
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
• Mandatory experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, and international sales
