Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in developing and maintaining voting guidelines, policy, and platform.
• Coordinate and manage voting escalations.
• Conduct research and analysis on governance trends and best practices.
• Support database setup for voting guidelines across jurisdictions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on stewardship activities.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in proxy voting, investment stewardship, or public policy is a plus.
• Interest in corporate governance laws and standards in Singapore, EU, and the US.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
