Your role
The intern will be responsible for the following:
Research and prepare analysis on employee development needs/trends to support development and design of learning programmes.
Collate and review course feedback results, training attendance, to identify opportunities to enhance design of learning programmes.
Design and develop employee communications to drive a learning culture (e.g., Canva).
Support in the planning, organising and managing of learning initiatives and events across different modalities.
Organise and manage internal/external engagements, including the preparation of meeting briefs and presentations.
Perform all other duties and tasks assigned on ad-hoc basis.
About you
To apply for this role, you must be:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Humanities/Social Sciences.
Candidate who possess strong project management skills and possess critical thinking and analytical ability would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Team player who is adaptable, self-motivated, possesses learning agility with the ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
